ABOUT AMY:
After 10 years of gymnastics training 5 hours a day, Amy moved on to college. While studying kinesiology, she began training in a big chain gym. With hundreds of successful client transformations, she set a new goal to compete in fitness. Her first contest was a fifth place finish, which was good enough to land her a shot at the California State competition. The experience she gained in that first show helped her win the 2nd show she ever entered, California State's Amateur Fitness and figure Championship! Over the next 5 years Amy entered dozens of different competitions placing top 5 in almost all of them. In 2007 She and her husband Seth had their first baby, Brooke. As you might guess Amy was back to her pre-baby weight in a mere 2.5 months! She and Seth run the fitness training business at EDGE fitness club.
