Women's Only classes:
Amy's Women's only BOOTCAMP was created for girls. We don't yell or scream, allow egos or attitudes. Amy does not wear Army fatigues.We are just a bunch of ladies who want to get fit in an atmosphere free from intimidation but full of camaraderie. We talk and laugh while we exercise (in very short sentences because we work hard!) When Amy was backstage at her competitions she would always make friends with other athletes and cheered each other on. In the same way we don't compete against each other but work together as a TEAM.
No matter what fitness level you are at, you can do it! Each exercise we perform has an alternative for anyone with limitations. Nobody gets left out. And yes, you will be sore from time to time, but this temporary part of the process will not last.


What kinds of exercises will I be doing?
This program is modeled around the same principles as Amy's contest preparation. Amy has years of HARD work, experience in many different contests, and over $20K invested in competing (see her bio section). So now you can learn the inside scoop on how the fitness magazine models really stay fit. No other Fitness class in the area has an instructor with more experience. Class size is limited to ensure every participant gets the most personal experience possible. Each day of BOOTCAMP is different. Here is a short video of our FIREWOMEN WORKOUT!

What do I need?
All you need is a mat (1/2 thick minimum), A bottle of chlorine-free water, and a positive attitude.
